In addition to contemporary Floribbean fare, the Chartroom and Burgee Bar offer elevated takes on Club classics creating a Miami-fusion that is consistent with the distinct culture of the Key Biscayne Yacht Club. 

Floribbean Cuisine flaw-rí-bē-ǝn kwe-zēn Beginning in the late 1800s, waves of Caribbean, Latin, and Asian immigrants to Florida played a role in the development of Floribbean Cuisine. The use of seafood, as well as, Latin, and Caribbean ingredients and cooking methods, have made this generally healthier than fatty, heavy cuisines. As it evolved in South Florida it was strongly influenced by Latin culinary principles emphasizing the use of locally harvested fruits and vegetables.

Burgee Bar

Additionally, the Burgee Bar holds the perfect vantage point in which to take in the sunset and four‑television screens in which to take in the big game.

The Gazebo

Enjoy outdoor cocktails and poolside fare at the Gazebo, located on the pool deck. The Gazebo is activated every weekend from day until night, in-season. The menu features conch fritters, ceviche, and burgers.
